Ingredients
| Fava beans | 2 cups, cooked and peeled |
| Ground flaxseed | 2 tablespoons mixed with 3 tablespoons water |
| Garlic | 3 cloves, minced |
| Chickpea flour | 1/4 cup |
| Nutritional yeast | 2 tablespoons |
| Dried thyme | 1 teaspoon |
| Sea salt | 1/4 teaspoon |
| Fresh parsley | 3 tablespoons, chopped |
| Lemon juice | 1 tablespoon |
| Cumin | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Extra virgin olive oil | 2 teaspoons |
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Blend fava beans until slightly chunky.
- Mix in flax egg and remaining ingredients.
- Form into small patties.
- Place on lined baking sheet.
- Bake 20-25 minutes, turning once.
- Serve warm.
