| Chickpeas | 2 cups, cooked |
| Ground flaxseed | 2 tablespoons mixed with 6 tablespoons water |
| Garlic | 2 cloves, minced |
| Almond flour | 1/3 cup |
| Hemp seeds | 3 tablespoons |
| Cumin | 1 teaspoon |
| Coriander | 1 teaspoon |
| Smoked paprika | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Sea salt | 1/4 teaspoon |
| Black pepper | 1/4 teaspoon |
| Olive oil | 2 teaspoons |
Preparation
- Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pulse chickpeas in processor until coarse.
- Mix in flax mixture, garlic, almond flour, hemp seeds, and spices.
- Shape into patties, brush with oil.
- Bake 15-20 minutes, flipping once.
- Serve immediately or store for later.
